As an ICT Support professional, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and related equipment. Your responsibilities will include responding to and resolving incidents, assisting users with systems, and supporting service delivery functions such as computer operations and the service desk.
Responsibilities
Desktop Support
- Respond to user requests for assistance related to system services.
- Log and track calls via the incident and problem management database.
- Identify, isolate, and resolve routine user issues; escalate complex problems to Senior ICT Support.
Software and Hardware Installations
- Install desktop and laptop computers with authorized software.
- Set up hardware and peripherals, including monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives.
- Prepare equipment for boardrooms and training rooms, ensuring functionality.
- Regularly test and troubleshoot video conferencing systems and other IT equipment.
IT Administrative Functions
- Coordinate with service providers for IT equipment repairs and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
