- Disability Grant: April 4, 2025
- Child Support and Other Grants: April 5, 2025

- Older Persons Grant (75+ years): Increased by R130 to R2,335
- War Veterans Grant: Increased by R130 to R2,315
- Disability Grant: Increased by R130 to R2,315
- Care Dependency Grant: Increased by R130 to R2,315
- Foster Care Grant: Increased by R50 to R1,230
- Child Support Grant: Increased by R30 to R560

Combating Fraud and Misinformation
SASSA continues to face challenges, including the spread of misinformation and fraudulent activities targeting beneficiaries. To address these issues:
- Biometric Verification: SASSA plans to implement biometric verification for all Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant beneficiaries to mitigate fraud and ensure the correct recipients are receiving grants.
- Card Replacement: Beneficiaries are encouraged to replace their expiring gold SASSA cards with the new black Postbank cards before the deadline to ensure uninterrupted access to their funds.
