- Quality Control: Uphold the integrity of the filing system by preventing misplacement of files between administrative and data teams and maintaining a well-organized filing space.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Minimum of Grade 12 education.
- Experience: At least one year in office administration.
- Certification: A qualification in Office/Business Administration is preferable.
- Skills: Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional Attributes: Highly professional, able to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate independence in task management.
