• Virtual Coaching Sessions: Two 45-minute virtual coaching sessions per month, scheduled according to your availability. These sessions aim to provide personalized mentorship and guidance.
• Professional Peer Learning Community (PPLC): One contact session per term where fellows engage with a learning community to exchange insights and collaborate on teaching strategies.
• Support Visits and Classroom Observations: Regular visits from TTN advisors to assist with the development of effective teaching methods and strategies.
• Progress Tracking: Sharing and analyzing learner results and progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Community Impact Projects: Opportunities to initiate or strengthen community engagement projects that align with your teaching goals and values.

Requirements for the TTN Fellowship Bursary
