  • Support to Facilitators/Trainers: Assist internal and external facilitators by coordinating training resources and helping set up training sessions.
  • Record-Keeping for Training Activities: Maintain accurate records of training activities within the section to ensure comprehensive tracking of employee development.
  • Training Plan Implementation: Assist with the ongoing training plan by monitoring the progress and completion of scheduled training programs.
