In a statement, Unisa announced:


For undergraduate qualifications, honours degrees, and postgraduate diplomas, applications to study through Unisa in 2023 open on 1 September 2022.

You can study full-time or part-time while working at Unisa since it’s an open-distance learning e-learning university, and you can structure your schedule accordingly to complete each course you register for.

Unisa 2023 Applications Now Open Who can apply ?

The following individuals are eligible to apply:

  • Unisa applicants for the first time
  • Change of qualification or specialization by Unisa students
  • A previous application for admission that was not accepted or a previous acceptance that was accepted but no registration resulted
  • Higher certificate students or students wishing to continue their undergraduate studies after completing a higher certificate

Master’s and doctorate admissions applications will be accepted from 11 September 2022 to 14 November 2022, according to the university.

As spaces quickly fill up, students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
